Hello,

I submitted a support ticket and the CS person responded very quickly and asked me to provide verification information. But, when I reply to the email it keeps getting rejected with the following message:
This is the mail system at host mailrelay01.zos.atl.nexxphase.net.

be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

How am I supposed to reply to the ticket if your system is rejecting emails? I am currently using a tablet via a wireless device but even tried emailing from my home computer so it does not appear to be IP specific. I am using GMail.

Hi there, folks. We are aware that some users are currently having trouble replying to support emails and are working on a solution. Thanks for your patience!

Ticketing system hasn't worked for customers for about a day. From Zenimax:

Judging by the STMP error code and the url (spamhaus) ZOS have had their domain blacklisted for sending (or relaying) spam e-mails.

@flameweaver‌ , I bet it is because they have sent so many support emails out asking for information like secret questions and date of birth, etc. There should be a web-based system where we can track out tickets and reply directly on the web site rather than sending sensitive information via email.

I know this has been said by many others but maybe this SPAM block will highlight the issue for ZOS. This was my first help ticket and I was shocked that I did not even need to log in to submit a support ticket.

That could well be the case, unless the bots are fighting back :D

And I agree a web based ticketing and tracking system would be much more helpful and efficient.

    ZOS are spamming e-mails.

Everytime I report a Gold Spammer I get am e-mail thanking me for the report. With the amount of RMT and botting that goes on ZOS must be sending millions of e-mails everyday. Its an automated system, so its hardly surprising they get labelled as spammers.
