Health, Magicka, or Stamina? Or the highest of the two offensive resources? Ultimates are very unclear.

✭✭✭✭✭It used to be Magicka which makes sense as that entire skill line is Magicka-based.
However, I think thought Zos made ultimate scale off the max stat awhile ago. I could be wrong because I do not run hybrids so it is not something I need to worry about. I expect someoen with a better memory than mine, and maybe runs hybrids, can verify if this is correct or not.0
