Sorry ZOS, but I’m just about fed up with your customer support. I sent in a ticket two days describing an issue with a missing wayshrine marker. And what do you guys do? You respond with a letter… wait, three letters… all starting off the same way. “I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your quest“. I wasn't on a quest, and didn’t report about a quest. Every letter you have sent me regarding this ticket says the same exact thing.
If this is the way you are going to respond to concerns then don’t expect me to report anymore issues.

Schmackei✭✭I bought into this game with an open mind. I expected there to be all sorts of problems. So far the game itself seems to be worthy, and the dev team seems to be doing a fair job in fixing things, but the support staff really needs an overhaul.

Nooblet✭✭✭✭They state that you may not hear a response on bug reports(doesn't mean they will not look into it and work a fix into a patch). However many quests were bugged, so they have a basic message they respond with seeming incase its a bugged quest. They offer a possible workaround.
Are you wanting them to instantly fix your bug? That's probably not going to happen unfortunately. Report your bug, and move on, and they will fix it when they get around to it.Edited by Nooblet on April 23, 2014 3:59AM0 -

The problem is that I can't travel to that location. The wayshrine marker is not on my map. And there is only one wayshrine on that island. I did report this. And I only did it once. The other problem is that they replied back three times over two days. I even wrote back and asked them to stop sending me these phoney replies.

Are you referring to the beginning island (tutorial areas) that were made bypassable on release to help streamline players into main questing areas. That is the only island that I can think of with a single wayshrine on it.
IF this is the case, the wayshine is not on your map as you may not of discovered it. If you did skip the tutorial island when leaving cold harbor and did not return back to it while you were level appropriate, you may not have access to it again as the mechanics of the game lock that area once you are beyond the level range for it.
Although this may appear to be a bug, it is actually mechanics that I have read on these forums a couple of times as being confirmed as being a way to stop people being excessive level going back to a tutorial area without reason (farming materials that level appropriate characters should be obtaining).

Working as intended. Go to a mages guild.
on thought of that, the quest response, it makes sense for you. Make sure you read your quests in the future before you complain. Or they may confuse your issue with the quest that unlocked it.Edited by Hakuichi on April 23, 2014 4:45AM0 -

Your quest when you finished it told you where to go to go back to the island. Hence they think your quest is bugged. Its your own ignorance that has caused your woes.0 -

Go to a mages guild it will be there, as states in the quest. Also your simple question is not so simple. Devs do not have time to answer a question promptly like that. Ask players on a forum next time. However do not blame the devs for your own ignorance.1
