Hey so no its not, Harkon specifically says what makes a "real" vampire as opposed to not a "real" vampire is that one is just a mere contracted disease and the other - the real vampire, has the ability to turn into a Vampire Lord - so its not just Harkon's Bloodline. ( you can find this in the dialogue right before he bestows his gift of real vampirism to you )
Also pretty sure Harkon is lower than Mother Lamae, which is what our Vampire Blood line is
So lore wise - we should be able to turn into a Vampire Lord.0 -
