Degeneration and other skills still bugged

This was reported weeks ago on PTS. Not even acknowledged and now made it to live.

@ZOS_GinaBruno and others, any chance of a priority fix?

    I applaud your efforts, here and on other forums, to get this issue addressed by ZOS. This is such an easy issue to reproduce on Degeneration, Daedric Prey, and Ice Comet. You simply fire any one of those skills, wait for the 1 second GCD to expire, them immediately fire a light attack. You'll see the LA is further delayed another 500-800ms, which completely screws up a good rotation. This bug was introduced on PTS patch 6.2.3, 3 weeks before the DLC went live. We discussed it on number threads during that time...all apparently ignored. So the issue now on the live server is brought up repeatedly gain...and still not a single acknowledgment from ZOS. Maybe they're swamped by bigger issues, but it's hard to believe this issue will continue to be ignored.

    I can confirm, Daedric Prey skill is bugged. Noticed yesterday when trying to do my rotation, there is a massive delay after casting Daedric Prey. None of my other abilities do this. I submitted a ticket to ZOS as well, hopefully this gets fixed.

    Well actually it's not been ignored, it has been acknowledged as a bug as per the patching bug list ZOG published. But this only makes it even worse in my eyes. They knew about it, did nothing and ignored it, released it, acknowledged it and now continue to do nothing.

    Only way I managed to use Degeneration with this bug is to make it the last thing I cast on my back bar and then immediately bar swap. Bar swapping seems to "fix" the animation problem but it is incredibly annoying. I also noticed while Degeneration's animation is long and drawn out making light attacking impossible you can still cast other abilities, which looks really broken as you suddenly grow spikes while still performing the animation if you use Volatile armor for instance.

    ive found it effects almost all magicka spammables. ele weapon, force pulse, necro skulls, etc.

    Magicka skills seem to have generally longer animations so the impact is broadly more visible.
