Ok, I don't know if ZM did something, but for the last 3 hours this morning on the EU server, after the maintenance I haven't seen a SINGLE gold seller at all. If this keeps up, I will be absolutely amazed. Now the bots please! =D

✭✭✭Oh man, you should see the north western most dungeon in Auridon. Dagons spite I think its called. I counted 20 bots cluttered together attacking the boss there. which you need to kill to get a quest -_-. But yes, very happy to see a gold seller free morning =D2 -

✭✭✭Its the EU mega server. They just finished maintenance a few hours ago. And yes, I was on auridon and kynarthis roost not a single gold seller. I believe they are doing the same for the US megaserver atm.0 -
Squishy✭✭✭Honestly, the spam bothered me greatly originally, but since I left the starter zones, there's virtually no spam, except the odd mail arriving here and there.
When I arrived in the VR1 zone, I was like "By Celestia, make it so the zone chat is not shared with the low level zone"... and it wasn't.. after a few minutes, it felt scary, like a ghost town... not a single line was being typed... So empty... so dark, I was so lonely there. Then I did a mistake, and I said something in /zone... Others were there, and asked me to be quiet for a few minutes, as we all enjoyed the silence

Use an add on called SpamChat filter. You can filter out ALL posts that discuss selling gold. I also use it to hide all the darn people talking about Vamp and WW bites. Selling and buying, In reapers march it was ridiculous. Now it's peace and quite0

You are lucky then. Everytime I load a lower level alt into one of these places it is nothing but spam. Even my spam filter is not catching them now. When I log over to my level 34, I have no problem with the gold spammers. The only problem I have been seeing is the nodes going poof in front of you from the bot farmers...lol

gladen5rwb17_ESO✭✭✭I think the chat has been fixed, but this has done nothing to rid the world of the bots themselves. Hopefully in another patch accounts will be disabled. Not sure how they intend to do that though except via player reporting which leaves the onus on us.0

Majic✭✭✭✭✭Still plenty of gold seller spam on NA after maintenance. Saw my first one within seconds of enabling Zone chat in Daggerfall. Switched it back off.
Anything they can do to get rid of those vultures and their dungeon-clogging bots is quite welcome, though, so here's hoping they keep at it and fix it soon.Epopt Of The Everspinning Logo, Church Of The Eternal Loading Screen
