Been trying to get some pay issues sorted out since last week. Support needed my consent to perform some account actions and I gave it yet nothing has been done yet. Can I please get some help looking into this?
Would at least love an update and to know my ticket hasn't been closed after not hearing back from them in 5 days now. Can someone confirm that my case is still open?
We can confirm that the latest reply to your ticket has been received.
With that said, please be aware that updating your ticket multiples will put it at the end of the line and delay the response time. With this in mind, we recommend only updating your ticket as necessary.
Still no response to ticket, it has now been roughly 2 weeks. Tried making another ticket and got a reply saying it was a duplicate ticket in less than 24 hours (go figure, new ticket gets answered right away)
Still no update on the original ticket. Can I get this escalated? I have been unable to play since the beginning of the month.
