Easiest stamDD to learn ?

Hello,

I'm a Healer main that have play a lot in pretty much any content the game have to offer (except vTrial title achievement), then I've play as Tank, it was a fun challenge, but was done pretty quick tbh.
And now I pretty much burn out about support role in general and would love to try a StamDD.

So, that where I ask you fellow DD player, which stam (outside of Templar, I've play this class way to much) is the easier (easiest ?) to learn ?
I don't mind if it's top tier or trash tier, I don't plan to run high content with it right now, just wanna learn something new starting by the basis.

Help would be appreciated.

Stam Necromancer starts off really strong with morphing to stam available on most of your early skills. DW, 2H or Bow all viable

Stamplar....

U got a 4 Button rotation. Braindead gameplay just jab jab jab and do tons of damage.

Hard to imagine anything easier than a stamplar but i guess it's dk coming close after.

I came here to say templar, because the rotation literally consists spamming jabs in between casts of power of the light, with an occassional optional AoE.

If you really don't want want to play templar, then I suggest stamina necro. I don't know whether it is objectively the second easiest (first being stamplar by far), but it is fun to play and it's easy to get good results purely because it's on the apex of class performance.

Stamsorc imo. Great for solo and group. Easy and high dps rotations.

Seem to be between DK and Necro.
Any though on stam sorc ? I'm pretty sur I've never seen one since I play, it is that bad ?

(maybe should have mention it's for PvE on main post, will edit just in case)

Stam sorc was the easiest one but couple of changes made it more-less similar to nightblade level of difficulty that people seems to find harder than others.

Yes stamsorc is good as well. Gives you a heal, healing pet and shield all within the sorc tree. Not as exciting as the stamnecro for me.

Stamplar is the easiest by far, tons of dmg and survivability with the easiest of the easiest rotation

I find the warden to be amazing, with lots of class options for heals, buffs and dd.. I play a Stamden myself, mostly solo player, who jumps in to heal now and then if i run into someone in trouble, my beloved sidekick Teddy Roosevelt, can actually be used for an offtank. Shrouded daggers is my friend for general questing, bow for dd-/boss damage. Ended up my main at early launch despite having been around since second beta, because i can do it all... heal, dd, and solo things i couldn't on any other class <;D

(+ the skills are purrrrrdy)

StampPlar.

I play a lot of Stam characters, specifically for Vet DLCs. The StamPlar is by far the most rounded, in my opinion. Good damage, both AOE and direct, as well as good sustain and healing (thank you Devs for Vigor change).

Edit: Plus the rotation is so simple. My StamSorcs rotation was god awful, and even the NB felt cumbersome. The StamPlars is a static rotation that hardly ever changes.

For solo trash play consider orc stamsorc as a WW. One bar rotation and WW are in a pretty good place right now.
Tons of fun too IMHO.

I've take the time to look more in dept at skill and trying some (got all class already) and I might admit than stamDK look interesting (I know it's not the best DPS wise but that not what I'm lf), and I love the skill animation and poison theme.

I might start with that and then try later Necro, sorc, etc.. But I think I'll start with DK.

WW sound fun yeah, but I don't think it will teach me stam gameplay..

Well to be fair you will spend a quite a bit of time in stamsorc form so I think you'll still learn stam gameplay. Stamsorcs are a lot of fun in their own right and can be quite versatile. Bow/Bow, Bow 2H or Bow DW are all viable.

Dunno if it is easiest, but it is the most fun. Stamcro 2HD / Bow. Very satisfying to clunk on the head as my bone blast is rising, then boom.

Contrary to what most ppl will tell you, I don't think any class mag/stam is particular harder. People will often say something is "harder" when really they just mean bad, so you have to play it better for it to be good. Play what you like

Warden hands down. Necro can be better DPS but is not quite as easy to play. Stamden with a bear, ranged skills, etc. is about as easy as it gets. They're even perfectly viable as a double bow ranged build and that's very rare for stamina builds.

I enjoy playing stam classes. Mag class is just not for me. With that said. Hands down stamplar is the easiest. Fun? Engaging? That's subjective. Easy? Yes it is.

It is stam necro IMO. I didn't even feel it when it hit level 43. It's just too easy to roll one.

Besides Stamplar it'd be StamSorc in my opinion.

I main a StamSorc Bosmer and she's gotten a plethora of Dungeon and Trial Achievements/Personalities/Skins and such.
Easy rotations with great survivability, sustain, and damage.

Hi all, thank very much for all your imput.
I'm currently going with a Stam-Sorc, rotation seem very beginner friendly and the usable class's skill look very nice.
As I would love keep most identity as possible, do you guys think than Atro is a viable option as main ult or do you think dawnbreaker is far ahead ?

My stamplar uses dawnbreaker and solar disturbance. It often depends on the particular fight.
