Quest bugged still? - Lightless Remnant

I killed Montclair and i have to speak with Count Verandis however he isn't showing up. I see this is a bug that has happened to people before, yet it is still bugged? WTF. I can't even leave Doomcrag, so i teleported to the nearest wayshire, re-logged etc. and ran all the way back up the Doomcrag only for Verandis to still not show up.

So frustrating that these quest bugs are still there

    Abandon the quest and retake it, redo the last 2 steps. Worked for me in the veteran mode, which I assume will work for normal as well if you're not doing veteran content.

    It's annoying, yes, but at least you can get on with it.

    just abandoned it but now i can't for the life of me remember where to go to activate the quest again..

    It's on the previous tier, before the room where you kite the gargoyles inot the statues.

    I had this bug, as soon as I had to speak to Count Verandis I logged out and back in and it fixed it. It's clearly an intermittent issue though. They're still working through main story quest fixes at moment so I think this one will have to wait unfortunately.

    The reason it has to wait is that, while annoying, it CAN be made to work with abandoning/relogging. Also, it is a "main quest" in veteran content, as you need to finish the zone main story to be able to go to the next zone.

    I get that, it's just some of the main story quests don't work properly for all customers at moment.

    Properly and not at all makes all the difference. Name one quest that doesn't work AT ALL? Because all the ones I was aware of were fixed in the patch on monday and haven't heard any new ones cropping up.

    By properly I mean for some players. "God of Schemes" doesn't work for some people still (new bugs), for example, and that's main game quest.

    This one has been my only quest issue. I will try to climb back up to the gargoyle room, and see if I can see him there.
