PLEASE FIX ATRONACH & SERPENT MUNDUS STONES

The Atronach & Serpent Mundus do not provide any sustain whatsoever unless you are in combat, which has been the case ever since the two stones received an increase to the amount of resources they are supposed to provide. This means that I lose nearly 1k regen when I slip out of combat, which happens quite frequently. In their current form, both Mundus stones are completely unusable for me.

With the upcoming changes to Major Intellect & Endurance, this bug results in losing nearly 1k recovery.

I've made 2 posts in the Bugs forum and filed an in-game ticket, but no one at ZOS has even acknowledged that this issue exists. Here is a link to my initial post from September first. I'd really appreciate it if someone would look into this.

Regards

Why you need so much regen outside of combat anyway

Well, aside from the fact that I just want the game to work the way it's supposed to, and that it doesn't make sense that you'd regain less resources while at rest:

Unless you play Nightblade, you probably don't realize just how often you slip in and out of combat. (The reason Nightblades notice this is because you lose all of your Grim Focus stacks the second you "leave" combat.) And I'm not talking about just while running around Tamriel — I mean in the middle of a BG match.

If I'm in an intense fight that leaves my resources low & wind up killing the guy, I can immediately drop out of combat. With the mundus being bugged it takes forever for my magicka bar to refill, and if I run into someone else this puts me at a disadvantage.

The Atronach with all divines is supposed to give 507 regen before buffs, but in it's present state I'm better off running a food with much less regen. That isn't how it's supposed to work

I agree with @Langeston this needs to be fixed as a healer main I thought something funky was happening with Atro mundus also after they completely dropped off my toons after stone garden dropped. These need to work as intended.

I don't believe it is the stone at fault. Your displayed regen is your 'in-combat' regen. Out of combat regen is completely different. If you have 6k mag regen and 600 stam regen you don't get 6k regen out of combat.

Oh be grateful for that. Can't imagine how many times I purposely died in BGs just to be able to switch my gear and abilities without luck. I have 24/7 combat in BGs.

Yes, I know the standard character sheet only shows in-combat regen. The post I linked in the OP goes into more detail & includes screenshots.

The short version: I use the "Harven's Extended Stats" add-on which allows you to see your idle regen, and I've also tested my regen both in and out of combat — presently neither mundus works at all unless you are in combat, which was not the case prior to the recent "buff."

This bug is limited to the Atronach & Serpent — the Steed still continues to provide idle health regen.

Yup. Right now I have to use either Ghastly Eye Bowl with the Lord mundus, or Orzorga's Red Frothgar with the Mage mundus to even get close to what I'm looking for, but it is far from optimal. Last patch when the Atronach was supposedly weaker, I was able to use it without issue.
