A question for zenimax? (Bots spamming chat box)

I am sick of bots spamming the zone chat advertising there gold for sale, I believe the going rate is now 10k for 1-2 dollars. So I ask you zenimax how hard is it to ban those gold sellers who are so brazen as to advertise on the main chat where everyone can see? I have tried everything, reporting them, ignoring them, etc etc but they just will not stop!
I happen to be the few fortunate players who play at veteran rank 8, I don't see many gold seller spamming my chat at this lvl, but I am giving you a warning zenimax because as soon as those gold farmers also corrupt veteran lvl zone chat, I am gone and not playing this game anymore!

Sidney✭✭✭✭There's thousands of them. They can blanket ban based off of criteria but innocents can always get caught in those webs. They need to continually work on ways to counter the problem and it's an on going issue. They have banned thousands already.
It's not like there's just maybe 50 or something. It's literally thousands. And each person who goes to their sites and actually tries to buy gold ends up compromising their account/system etc and making it worse likely.
They can't sit there and read every report one little one at a time. Most places (Even wow) did their bans in waves.
Give it time, it will die down as their system gets better and people stop being dumb enough to go to those sites.
However, just like every other mmo, gold sellers will never disappear 100% because there's always someone stupid enough to visit the sites.>.<_____/

Farming in this game reminds me of guild war 2 where you and about 20 random people killing the same mob over and over again for mats and then selling those to the npc. In the early days of Gw2 bots were literally everywhere, the bots are so brazen they took every good farming spot. I thought and many players thought because gw2 was a f2p game this will never get fixed! But guess what if you go on gw2 now you literally can't find bots, and farming has never been more fun!
Now with eso, and this game having a subscription fee, there is no excuse for bots to populate and occupy so many good farming spot! give me a break!0 -

Yep Gw2 *** all over ESO tenfold.
For a free to play title it has everything that a mmorpg needs (Auction house, intuitive game features, hardly little to no golds spam etc)..well maybe not end game but what the hey, can't have everything.0 -
