This all being said.... What plans does ZOS have for the Reach update? Further changes to vampire or will they completely ignore it?

Unimportant? Likely.
Not a real player? Well obviously not, unless you're running a bot.
The points being made here are based upon mathematical facts, not "opinions".
Opinions are worthless as only facts matter to absolute outcomes.
Yup. If you want us to use active skills, listen to our feedback and make those skills actually worth using.
More on the point; with Overland content, they never have to worry about what their group is actually doing, running, or what their playstyle is. When you introduce something that has far more negatives and weaknesses than positives and strengths into a core progression group, you're GOING to get benched. I did in several of my guilds because I'm still holding onto hope that they'll give this a relook and adjust accordingly to the major points of contention we have to go through in order to remain even just slightly 'viable'.
i'm glad this happened. before everyone was a vampire because of only the passives. now it's not.
people who choose to be a vampire do it for other reasons now.

This. Both WW and Vampire should be conscious choices because you like the playstyle or RP. Everyone was a vamp before for the passives, now being a vampire isn't that great unless you really go in for the whole experience.
Big improvement, now I don't have to be a vamp just to be competitive in PvP.

The new ultimate looks like a joke. It’s a bad reskin of the necromancer ultimate. Very lazy.
The new skills (overall) are really bad..CaffeinatedMayhem wrote: »i'm glad this happened. before everyone was a vampire because of only the passives. now it's not.

Vampire was far from BiS in pvp. Dawnbreakers were hitting for a ton and all stamina classes were using it. If anything, it’s bis/mandatory for nb snipe/gank builds.

Whenever I see someone say the Blood Scion looks good I keep looking back at this picture I took not too long ago.
And then I compare it to Lady Thorn
Ignore the wings and look at the skin textures and eyes for a bit. The Blood Scion literally just has the stage 4 eyes and a pink/purple skin that makes you think you're looking at an incredibly old person. Compare that to the Lady and despite the fact she is also super duper ugly you can tell a lot more work was put into making her look more menacing and vampiric. Blood Scions don't look like vampires to me, they look like overgrown ugly daedra in dire need of a skin care plan.

WOO! He's definitely more my type.I
that silvery white color for Blood Knights.
I will say, I'm still wishing we could be somewhat like these newer vampires though. Forms aside, they've got an amazing toolkit and I'm just dying to play that. Castle Thorn definitely gave me a good demonstration of what they all can do and it's exactly what I'd want in a vampire line.

What advantages?
Someone could say that the extra dmg mitigation after lvl 3 helps.
But that comes with an 8% ability cost increase to regular skills, made worse by the fact that the vampire's active skills aren't well rounded enough to make use of most of their skills to combat the cost increase. So is it really an advantage?

Curious though, is it just me or is she more gray-green than the other Vampire Lords we see?

Same. I hate what they've done to it, but I love the appearance of my vampires
