Not to mention it's massive stats, sure it can be weakened but really the only plausible way you will see this as a playable form outside of that dungeon will be as an Alternate Volendrung that rarely appears and can only be used by 1 player at a time, I guess it has all the things needed to serve as an Alternate, I can easily imagine a Behemoth knocking down a keep wall with its own strength.
I wanted to post the same poll in general discussion since it fits here and in combat mechanics and wanted to get more opinions. The rest is quoted from the other poll:
Think of it being added as an alternative ultimate to normal werewolf. But with several differences:
1. It keeps the long transformation animation because it serves as an ult warning.
2. It's much stronger and tougher than werewolf but slower. Your dash attack move would be your main mobility.
3. Because it's so slow it would be immune to roots and pulls completely. Stuns and other cc still apply.
4. And it's only useable after getting werewolf mastery completed. Showing it's supposed to be a mastered form.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxKoBd72yfs
Here's a video I found showing off it's moves. Numbers would be lowered obviously.
I asked this on pts before its release, but now I want to see what non-pts players think too.

Feels bad that it may just be left to rot in a dungeon when it's the coolest thing I've seen in this game since wolfhunter introduced them. I wanted them playable even way back then, but since they have a moveset it wouldnt be too hard to make them truly playable to players now.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.
I'm all up for werewolves getting a nerfed version of this form outside of the dungeon. HOWEVER. Only if Vampires can get a vampire lord form that actually gives them new skills.
Personally, I think having both ults for their respective skill line would add some diversity to werewolves and vamps. It would open up two different very clear build paths to choose from.

I did want vampire lord as well, it's just that they aren't in as good a spot.
Behemoth is pseudo playable so that zos would only need to do numbers and some other things. Vampire lord would need that and animations, player skills, and maybe a model too. Another downside is blood scion existing.
I'll take vampire lord, but they just seem less likely.

The vampire lord model and animations already exist in the game. They even use the exact same player ability transformation when turning into one.
It wouldn't be any harder than them throwing behemoth to the players to play as.
