Cannot Log into the game!

After logging in password it takes me to character screen. Once I click on my character to enter game I get booted back to log in screen. My wife is having same issue on her account as well.

    as you will see from other posts already on this first page, others have experienced the same thing
    Champion level chars: Nord Warden (Tank):50 Khajiit Nightblade (stam dual blade):50 High Elf Necromancer (magicka dps):50 Dragonknight (Tank):50 Sorcerer Vampire: 50
    Also levelling: Templar (dps)

    Started playing ESO: April 4th
