Leeching plate it a heal over time, which is the most useful, but only is around one enemy. Or crimson twilight, which is an instant heal, and covers a giant area.

(2 items) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
(3 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(4 items) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
(5 items) After taking damage you surround yourself in an 8 meter mist of blood. After 2 seconds, the mist is violently siphoned into your body, dealing 8220 Bleed Damage to nearby enemies and healing you for 100% of the damage done. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds.
To me, this set sounds insanely powerful because you are getting at least 8220 every 8 seconds. And we all know that there is usually way more enemies. So this set seems kind of overpowered in my opinion, just because of the constant giant heals. And imagine this kind of set in alliance war when there are those massive groups in keeps. Now my question is, how long do you think before this gets nerfed into the ground. And how will you think it will get nerfed?

It isn't powerful if you don't have access to the PTS i understand why you made this post, but if you have access to the PTS and did not care to test it out then I would suggest to do that first.
