EDIT#2 - Can't stand the Guild Trader delayed in receiving your item purchased!!! Other MMORPG you received your items INSTANTLY! Can't stand this ANYMORE.

The title says it all.

I would like everyone to share their top 3 or 5 things in this game that drives them crazy/angry/depressed/loss motivation/etc.
This would also be a criticism that hopefully developers can be aware of.

We need to voice it.

EDIT:

1. I will always hate ESO's GUILD Store. I understand they wanted to make it as realistic as possible as in medieval times but this game is a modern digital world. But PLEASE, make a GLOBAL AUCTION HOUSE.

2. AOE in this game is WAY too powerful in PVP. AOE should be nerfed like a mashed potatoes.

3. Gamepad users on PC stuck with gamepad UI and doesn't have ability to just keep keyboard/mouse UI. (Also, if ZOS add ability to keep kb/mouse UI, give option to enlarge the UI like FFXIV which you can enlarge pretty everything on UI including text!)

4. Lag/Input Delayed which includes PVP, Opening Doors, picking up treasures from chest. Sometimes I end up jumping instead of opening doors or chest or using a crafting bench even though the text is clearly shown on the screen!

5. (Does anyone experience this issues?) When using gamepad, randomly my character can longer turn left or right and move in that direction and only can step forward or backward. Keyboard works fine. I play on gamepad and is set to Automatic. Sometimes when a player or NPC walk pass by it triggers this. This would happen in middle of BG and or anywhere. I had to relog or reload Add-on.

Honor mention: Sprinting in my opinion sucks in this game.

* I wish sprinting is not toggle but simply hold button down. Especially gamepad cause its so hard to strife left and right etc when playing gamepad.

* Training horse sucks it be awesome if ZOS can just set all mounts from beginning of game to 60 and you only have to train on Stamina and Load Carrying. This isn't game breaking though.

-The Crown Store. Make the items available for in-game gold.
-Riding Training. 180 days to train it all is ridiculous.

I cross server purchases if I buy something with with crowns I want it on both servers. If you play both NA and EU servers you have to pick which one is the “real” account.

If you dropped $50 to have your own personal banker is you want it on both you have to drop $50 again. Your one ESO account works with two servers but your crown purchases are not?

I get characters and CP not being shared on both. But if you buy DLC is on both, ESO+ on both and expansions both but if you buy something that’s not gameplay content you must do it twice.

1. Lag/latency/desync, especially with endgame content. No other online MP game I mess with offers it up this bad.
2. Gambling Crates and predatory monetization. One of the main reasons I stopped subbing and buying crowns. How ironic!
3. RNG. Except nothing's actually "random" and most definitely not rigged in your favor either, keep grindin', suckers!
4. Shills & Astroturfing. Honesty and corporate profits obviously don't mix on forums. That stylometry algorithm might be out any day now though...

5. "The Terrible Performance"... because it deserves it's own title and two similar entries on this master list in order to hit OP's max complaint quota and I just so happen to be willing to go that extra mile to do so right now thank you very much and have a good night.

2. Survey nodes - Sick of having to run away and back again, just let me farm 1 giant node until I run out of surveys
3. Lack of being able to have multiple builds. Let me merge my dragonknights together to have 1 Dragonknight that can swap out from Tank to mDK without the hassle. ie Merge 1 Nord DK + 1 Breton DK and have the option to change between the two, essentially a quickswitch. Quality over Quantity.

Changing things that didn't need changed, which, in-turn, break other things, that never get fixed.

1 - People who complain about perf when most of time it's on them side hiding the true perf problem.
2 - Combat add-on that shouldn't be allowed (I know I'll not make friend with this one, don't care)
3 - PvP Perf and content that really need some love (Im not even a pvp player)

Would also add : Lack of use of any healing/defensive set.

1. The roller coaster of nerfs and buffs each patch watching gear I spent a time and money upgrading become useless and having to relearn my rotation every 3 months. Its hard to keep a solid trial group when there's radical changes to gear or skills every patch this game feels like early alpha with its changes not an MMO that's been around for nearly 6 years. I get it its an MMO and that new gear and skills will change things and I welcome it. It would be nice if I could go a year without having to radically overhaul my build because the combat team has no idea what there doing.

2.The Crown Store I hate micro transactions should be straight up illegal. Ok maybe that's a little extreme but I could survive without it though I have spent some money on mounts, outfits and banker assistants which is fine. But stuff like buying skill lines, riding speed, the non combat pets that increase inventory size etc should be done away with immediately.

3. Overall attention to detail with housing just look at Daggerfall Outlook for example just lazy. The exterior and interior don't even match up, the fact it has a whole other floor or attic that can't be accessed, the back yard isn't accessible, the tower fence is too high and many other examples.

honorable mention(or to obvious): performance: this game is nearly 6 years old and still massive problems with lag and bugs.

1. "Metas", and people in the community that require specific builds or gtfo. I know that's an MMO issue and not an ESO specific issue, but ESO is the game that I'm playing, and I absolutely cannot stand when people think they can dictate how I set up and play my own characters, or tell me I have to play with certain add ons or whatever. The fastest way to ensure i never use something is to tell me its a "meta" that I *need* to run. While it might be a larger MMO issue, the design of this game fully enables, encourages, and builds around it.

2. Non-sensical mechanics that make certain vet content far more infuriating than fun, and less of a challenge to overcome and more of a frustration to just get through.

3. A nearly pointless economy in which the best gear is all looted, greatly reducing the importance of player crafting.

*and before anyone responds with "its an MMO", I have played plenty of MMO's that address all of these in a much different approach.

1. Why spend time and money getting gear to for it to be nerfed, over and over. It leaves me feeling why do I even play, destroys any sense of accomplishment, and sends me looking at other MMO's to play. If the dev team adds mythic items so we buy content to use them. And then when the sales slow down nerf's them to a waste of time. I simply feel used.

2. Jumping instances to make normal trial teams. Why do we not have a normal and Vet trail finder like the dungeon finder?

3. Global auction house could be easily implemented Just add a 33 percent sales tax to keep gold drain in place. This would help guild masters and members alike no auction spam, no buy your friends each week, no begging for donations no running 3rd party programs to try and find where an item is for sale and wasting hours trying to find an item, that's just been sold.

I am curious which addon is that?

All addon that tell you every timer of every mechanic in trial/dungeon, the one that made big warning telling you what to do etc.. These addon that don't requiert you to learn the instance, just your rotation.

Edit : I'm not gonna fight against people using them. They can tell it's QoL if it made them feel better about their lack of skill, no problem, won't change my point.

1. Bad performance.
2. ZOS introducing "OP" gear, then nerfing it.
3. PVP ruining PVE. Most nerfs and yada yada is a result of ZOS listening to crybabies complaining about PVP, so they keep "balancing" the game every update - but it won't help, because these "OP players" will always have the upper hand, because they are good at the game, and when they nerf everyone, they will still come out on top.
