I have yet to receive an email regarding this pet, and I opted in to the promotional emails. So what gives. You get me to opt in to your spam and never planned on sending anything?

I"m thinking it's some BS is what i'm thinking. This company I swear is backwards at times. Like how did you guys manage to launch a Major Title. Who in their right mind though you guys could handle this. 6 years later and there is still so much wrong with how things are handled in this game.

I got mine last week IIRC. I think they're just very slow in getting them out to everyone. Some people got them at the beginning of July, others like me didn't get them until weeks later, but AFAIK every week the codes have been going out. My guess is that there's probably some kind of order to it, such as alphanumerically by last name, or account name, or email address. It might be something else, but if they're having to work down a list then presumably the list is in some sort of order.

Make sure that you are not allowing the email to be marked as spam and hidden, or deleted.

Ok Ok. I can admit when I'm being a Karen. It was buried in my Spam folder. So I can admit that I was wrong in lashing out at ZoS. However it shouldn't be in spam, but whatever. So I was a Karen..and I apologize.

I get legitimate emails in my spam folder all the time. That isn't ZOS' fault, it's your email service and their inaccurate spam filters. The worst part of it is, they sometimes redirect legitimate emails to your spam folder, but then they can sometimes let obvious spam through to your in-box. Still, life is better with them than without them.

I still haven’t received mine in any folder, I’m simply gonna put in a ticket and they will take care of it no biggie! I have proof that I am getting promotional emails so it will be simple.

Nope. Didn't get mine, either. And all ESO mails end up in my normal mailbox - I check my spam regularily.

all. the. time. its frustrating. i'm half tempted to just disable spam protection all together, but ... going through spam folder to move some of the legitimate emails that end up in it, still seems to be faster then deleting spam from main inbox

but anyways, its definitely the e-mail filter issue, cause I've had credit card bills end up there, among other things. credit cards that are issued by chase and that I've had for over a decade now and had them paper free for almost as long, mind you.

the only solution is if you really REALLY do not want to miss e-mails from certain addresses is to individually whitelist them with your e-mail provider.

P.S. my code took forever to arrive as well, last one for SO's account arrived last week. so yeah, they seem to be taking their sweet sweet time.

Had to check my mail, and yes there it is. But MY... That code.... LOL It's like a Microsoft serial code or whatever, long... I was like "Hmm... Am I really doing this? Well... Ok...".
