Good day.
I can't enter my personal account on the site, writes that I can't enter the system.
To write to technical support, you need to enter using your ID, but how to enter it if you write that it is not correct?

I played yesterday, everything was fine. There is a game purchased through the site, through steam and through the Sony store on ps4, I can not log into accounts. only on the forum the account is working. is that some kind of ban? There is also an eco subscription for six months. what about access?

    If you can’t remember your first account user ID, password, or secret question, @sh1reku, the preferred method to resolve it is through an account recovery ticket on the Support website.

    Since you already started a ticket on your other account, maybe the Support Team can resolve it for you on the existing ticket ... though it might be a longer wait.

    Hopefully @ZOS_BillE or one of the other friendly Support staff can reply back to you soon.

    Thank you, but I perfectly remember both the login and password from the first account. on the screenshots it is written that access is temporarily limited to me, for what? why? it is not known, no notifications have been received in the mail that this policy is so strange.
