Arkasis set, no limit?

Erm, yellow?

This set has no range as long as you and the group members are in the same zone.

Me and a friend just tested this in Reapers March and he was literally on the other end of the zone.

    saw it on the stream that thing need to be changed before it hit live
    and people abuse it to ult dump every 2-3 sec in big or organized groups

    Seems balanced,

    Who thought having no universal cooldown or range for that set would be a good idea on any type of content...

    Knowing ZoS, they will probably nerf it to give 10 ulti in 5 meters radius and for 1 other teammate.

    Instead of properly balance it to ahve 20m range and having a universal cooldown.

    Imagine this set going on live and ppl sitting in cyro on spawn, keep inviting and kicking ppl to supply ultimate to their zerg...

    Yeah, this set has infinite possibilities.. Pls nerf it with a proper hammer, not sledgehammer.

    the cooldown is defined by the potion cooldown

    and who cares about the range...why would you be in a group with someone on the other side of the map

    It seems totally balanced. Now ball groups can use ultimates as spmmables, pair it with the new VD and you won't even need a healer. Just delete people.

    With server performance as it is, it will be a 2 button gameplay, as long as you can coordinate on discord 😊

    Shame, that this is the end of solo/small scale gameplay. I liked ESO a lot but with the proc/ulti dump meta incoming, there is no point even trying PvP unless you have time to run with ball groups.

    This set will definitely be used as a prebuff set in score pushing and achievement groups to delete trash packs and get an insane burst

    Was the following question answered? Can you somehow say who’ll get the ulti? The person with lowest current ulti? Is it completely random? Is it dependent on the order of group invitations?

    With base CD - Tava is stronger.
    With min pot CD arkasis(in group) is 1,3 u/s stronger.

    Not that great if you consider you have to invest into potion speed...
    As for the OP, the range thingy may need a bit of a change.

    And tavas gives you the user ulti, this set gives you AND 3 other groupmates that, so its already stronger that way.

    It is a very nice new group support tool coming from a new DLC dungeon after some time and I hope that it will remain very nice.

    Can you have multiple arkasis procs on you? Let's say in a trial all 12 people switch to this set before a fight and drink potions, will arkasis proc on you multiple times? Or does the cooldown work in such a way that you can have only one arkasis (44 ulti) proc on you once every 30 seconds?

    As I understand it currently, you can make use of arkasis set on yourself once every 30 seconds (with pot cooldowns), but the effect that you get from multiple group members using it is not yet clear. If it has no limits then this will be one of those must have prebuff sets

    The cd only applies to the activation of the proc, but not on the receiving end. So multiple players can proc the set multiple times on each other.

    I will try to get a large group on pts to test it, but no promises.
    Mutiple ppl using does what the set says, the user and 3 other group members get the 44 ult.
    Don't know if we can control who gets it, but on PC you can just put this on with 1 keybind and get at least 44 ult yourself.

    A global range is probably easier for the server to handle than another set that asks the server "is everyone in range?"
    Besides, it only applies to 3 people and is tied to potion cooldowns, it doesn't seem all that abusable.

    They could change it to only being able to affect the same target once every 30 seconds so a group of 4 can't run multiples of that set for permanent ult spam (although that would still take some coordination on their part for them to not mess it up).
    This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

    I can see it being abused in cyrodil though. Players could sit up on the keep wall and feed ultimate to their teammate brawling down below without being anywhere near them. It really should be limited within healing range.

    Ye, it will be abused hard but on other side in pvp with range limit set will fully benefit only ball-groups, and thats pretty annoying that every utility set always benefit most brainless gameplay simply coz "stack harder" mechanics.
