Hi, my friend receives a reply on the ticket and directly respond to the e-mail. What is the waiting time for this response since it is still the same ticket and he directly responds to the e-mail because his issue is not resolved? I suppose it does not need to take another 18 days since the e-mail said that the ticket is seen as resolved if it does not reply in 96 hours.
