Sorry to post this again. My friend's account has been banned permanently and he appealed to the ban 2 weeks ago. I totally understand that you are under high volume and it may take about 2 weeks to get a ticket replied, but he just wants to check out the status of the ticket again since he got no replies for 2 weeks.
