    Why not? Did you saw the numbers of those proc sets? Dude who needs crits when you get so fat proc ticks? Add to this malacath, and some monster set and you can have 3 unbelievably strong proc sets with malacath.

    Let's go for it. Bring back crit, it is already idiotic as it is, why stop here?
    I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.

    Haha I think apart from viscous death remove all proc damage and healing sets from PvP, at least make them scale with a glass cannon getting the standard values and giving low damage specced builds near 0 benefit, (for example a tank Gets near 0 from bogdan but a PvE healer gets the full value) non cp especially would be for better for it

    Skilled gameplay already is dead without proc sets critting, since proc sets will deal crazy damage next patch and have mostly their proc chance/requirement removed...i mean most proc sets will do free 2k+ dps when one dot is running somewhere...

    I think OP has a point: The Malacath ring now mostly replaces Monster sets in PvP.
    Therefore, I also vote for the return of critting Monster sets.
    The player's decision should be Malacath OR a Monster set, not ALWAYS Malacath for non-crit builds.

    To make Monster sets viable again instead of just using Malacath.
    Isn't it boring that Malacath is better than any Monster set for non-crit builds and so replaces them?

    I like to see all the buffs to sets, but I don't like the way the game is heading.
    ZOS already stated that they wanted to simplify the game to make it more accessible and reduce the amount of button presses required to do well. In the current patch proc sets are currently the most viable option. In the update 27 it looks like it is moving further in this direction.

    Notice that there have been no adjustments to health recovery, meaning passive healing remains optimal over active healing. Crit resistance was given free and the impenetrable trait was further nerfed. Meaning damage mitigation is easier and passive.

    In general leading to passive offense and defense. Don't worry, potato using proc set will be a mashed potato when he met exp player using proc sets :)
