Well, we've experienced another social ban in our house, I'm sure it has something to do with 4 accounts playing behind NAT, with the same public facing IP. Anyways this is our kids partner - and they have no forum access so I'm asking that @ZOS_BillE or another one of the support agents please check into this. It has been 12 days now since the ticket was submitted and it's taking all the fun out of the game for them.
