Update on Ticket? [Incident: 200622-006157]
Good afternoon,
I'm looking to try and get an update on a ticket. It's number 200622-006157. Normally I wouldn't post here regarding it, and I do understand that y'all are dealing with an increase in ticket volume due to the COVID-19 situation. However, it's been close to a week since I've heard any communication regarding my ticket, which seems a bit abnormal based on my other communications regarding this ticket.
