Light armor users (magicka) already get snare reduction as a passive.

should forward momentum get major expedition then too?
RaT is overloaded as it is, press the button again and the duration doubles. if you press it three times it triples, etc.

When you get slowed by 70% and have 20% reduction, reducing it to 56%, it does not exactly make a difference. You still won't move an inch. Slows are strong and I feel slow reduction does absolutely nothing. Any slow, no matter how weak, makes it impossible to get forward.
I see no difference to now and before they added this passive. I'd rather they just replace it with something actually noticeable.

Does the game even have any non NPC 70% snares anymore? I run RaT on mDK and I don’t even feel the snares anymore unless it’s from a leap.
After taking a quick look at a skill calculator I couldn’t find a snare that exceeded 40%. Correct me if I missed something.

i guess you never got bombarded before. its about getting immobilized. in lag youre just stuck forever because ppl spam it on you. and if you use RaT, its instantly gone, coz 2 seconds is nothing, you can barely use one skill and youre already immobilized again

Razor Caltrops (70%), Stampede (60%?), and Ice Comet (50%) all come to mind.
Nightblades have some serious 40%+ snares too ...

Razor Caltrops (70%), Stampede (60%?), and Ice Comet (50%) all come to mind.
Nightblades have some serious 40%+ snares too ...
Caltrops is a 50% snare, stampede doesn't snare, and ice comet is an ultimate

Race against time is an amazing skill, and absolutely does not need a buff. It is an essential skill to any pvp arsenal. Providing both snare immunity AND major expedition for a cheap cost is one of a kind skill.

sure its not expensive, but you have to spam it constantly or its useless, like i said in lag every second cast is RaT and even thats not enough. its too easy for someone to just spam bombard on you, so either buff RaT or nerf range immobilizing skills
1 major buff 1 minor buff + 2sec snare immunity. Looks pretty strong compared to forward momentum.
If you buff rat, then buff other skills as well.
Also snow treaders exist.

You do not need to spam it every other cast, and even if you need to, it's cheap enough that you can. If someone is just spamming bombard, he is doing no damage, and also spending more resources than you.
