Fell through the floor in a Delve, cant teleport or use /stuck - still falling HELP PLEASE

My toon fell through the floor inside a Delve and is still constantly falling. It wont let me teleport out or use the /stuck commands. When I try these it disconnects me with a message: 'Error 318 excessive messaging'. I've lodged a ticket in game 4 days ago Ticket Number 200613-016758, but have not received any contact. I am unable to log on to this toon as it is still falling.
Any suggestions how I can get out?

I logged on to the toon today, all fixed.
