but theoretically it should start playing in an endless loop as soon as you open the campaign selection menu

✭✭✭✭For me there's really three scenarios where I'd want this.
1. I stab an NPC after they something. Cracks me up. I want a laugh track for validation.
2. I jump instead of using a door because the controls aren't tuned correctly and I need comedic relief to prevent me from throwing controller.
3. A mob launches me across Tamriel because someone somewhere thought mob leashing should be as annoying as possible.0
