If you delete the wrong character can they restore it.

Sometimes, but not always. Had a friend do the same and it was irrecoverable and different friend also did the same and did get theirs restored.

Hit or miss. I asked for one of mine to be undeleated and they could not do it. I was told they were sorry it didn't work but their system was designed for it to be permanent.

As mentioned above, our support team can attempt to restore the character you've deleted. You would need to open a ticket with customer support to make the request.
