Other games have combated this kind of issue in multiple ways. I'm not saying it's a stupid simple fix but dear god it's out of hand beyond belief.

No that is fine, we need to continue to discuss ways ZOS can combat them. However a ip ban will not work. The fight against gold sellers/botters is a very old battle. One that is not easily won.
Maybe certain bosses once killed via quest line stay dead for you..... that would prevent a ton of boss camping.

Yeah, or after completing a quest much like other games not giving you the option to go back into said area of the game. There's no reason... role play or otherwise to just go and sit inside of a dungeon that no longer gives xp. (or at least remove that dungeon/instance if all achievements attainable from said dungeon/instance are obtained)

I like those ideas, however there is another player base that would push back on that. Which is the problem. ZOS has to try and cater to all parties. Players like us would be more than happy to have a boss disappear after you kill him, while others want to kill him over and over again. As some of the boss farmers are legitimate players.
