Forum can't correctly save my logged in status

I can't save my logged in status on the Forums. Some page shows me as logged out. But some other pages show me as logged in. I cleared all cookies already. After browser restart the problem returns again

For those experiencing this issue could you provide the following details.

Which browser is this happening in?
Does it continue after clearing the browser cache and cookies?
How frequently is the login information being reset?
