Well 7.25pm on a Saturday. Doesn't get more prime time than that. Assuming it's to do with the problems logging in today. Might have to inquire about some more game time as recompense if this carries on.
The sky is falling, the sky is falling! Next people will be asking for a refund of there 50c or 30p!

Greetings!
Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team.
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not provide any compensation for server outages. Should this change in the future, we will inform everyone affected by such a decision.
We understand that experiencing downtime while trying to play the game may be frustrating, especially for players that have difficulties fitting some game time into their already busy schedule. However, server maintenance procedures are a very important aspect in achieving our goal of ensuring good server and game performance.
We want to thank you for your interest, and for the great enthusiasm you have shown about the game. We really appreciate any insights and suggestions you can share with us, as it is very helpful in our quest of making the game the best possible experience for everyone.
Tamriel's safety depends upon you adventurers! See you in the game!Thank you for your continued interest and support!
Warm Regards,
The Elder Scrolls Online Team

I used to be a fanboy like you, but then I took a prime-time maintenance in my game (like many times). For the people who cry about maintenance windows during "primetime".
It's always 5 o'clock somewhere.
I used to be a fanboy like you, but then I took a brain in my head.tordr86b16_ESO wrote: »same here , this game is clearly not ready for launch, much as I enjoy it (when it works) my sub will not be renewed if they don't get their act together by months end.
I took Blizzard two months to get World of Warcraft running stable / playable. I guess this means you can cancel your sub now because I can promise you, 1 month is not enough to get all these problems solved - imagining otherwise is wishful thinking on your part.
I used to be a fanboy like you, but then I took almost no feedback from Zenimax Online.
"but then I took a brain in my head"...... wait what?
Come on people... If there really was a hacker attack (as some are speculating, and it isn't completely unlikely) it _will_ take quite som time to clean up, and make sure accounts weren't compromised etc

Hacker attack on the EU-server only? NA-server is working!
Damn ZO, let us play at the NA-server with the same characters and save our progress too!

It hurts. u cannot love him, I love u.

Yeah and we all are going to pay when Angry Joe gets wind of it! I bet Zenimax shares just plunged at the mere thought of all those 50 cents that they owe us all in compensation for server maintence!

In 13 years of MMO gaming, I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO BAD LAUNCH!
Either you havn't been on many launches or you have a pretty bad memory
The biggest MMO todate had a launch that was way way way worse than this. Several others have had almost as bad service and gameplay.
The last couple of years has been promising, there is less and less of problems at launch and the month after.
There is a reason why many MMO veterans expect a disaster on launch day
