My issue is time sensitive. submitted a ticket but no response
Hello.
I hate to be that annoying guy.
However, I have an account related issue that is rather time-sensitive.
The longer the time passes by, more likely it may be irreversible.
I have submitted a ticket a little less than a week ago.
I understand it is a difficult time for everyone due to COVID and service time may be longer.
Please give me an update when possible @ZOS_BillE
