Support Ticket 200508-009580 Taking days to get ESO Plus coins after purchase?
I had posted this over in the ESO plus and it was suggested that I post here.
I am just newly returning to ESO. I am loving the game the support staff have been great. I registered and paid for ESO Plus on April 17th but things didn’t take effect till April 21st, I actually got ESO Plus with the free week special on Monday a day before my crowns. There were some other billing issues that the ESO team is working out for my account so I am not sure if it is just something strange with my account or if this is something everyone else experiences.
On Friday May 8th in the a afternoon I registered for the 12 month ESO membership I figured I would use the Crowns over the week end. So after 4 hours of it not showing up and only a pending $1 transaction on my CC, I opened a ticket through text response I was told that my payment had gone through but it takes 72 hours to process. That seems like a long time for an online purchase to me, my CIO would be finding a replacement for me if my company’s store took 72 hours to process.
Does this seem right?
