    My DK after some tests is running vampire perfectly fine now. The costs increase is workable and its more fun to play now.

    Vamp active abilities need to be tied to stages. Such as the Channeled skill

    The better the ability the more you have to delve into your vamp stage.

    agree about this i feel that for stage 4 the -100% health should not be this bad i can see -50% or even -75% everything i have ever read about or seen in movies when a Vamp feeds they heal almost immediately....

    True, but they did need some kind of replacement for sunlight damage. Given that this is an MMO, daylight based weaknesses are just not very practical, and the existing 50% reduction on Live is almost completely unnoticable.

    Still feels like the later stage cost is too high, but at least 12% will be more workable than 20%.

    Question is...Does that 12% still increase ultimates, dodging, blocking, break-frees, etc like it used to? No word on that getting fixed to my knowledge.

    My guess is probably yes. Even so, 12% is a lot more manageable than 20%, so at minimum it's a step in the right direction.

    This can be changed to reduce the penalty by 10% while not in direct sunlight; so when you're standing in the shadows you get full health regen at Stage 1, -90% health regen at Stage 4, and everything in between.
    And if that's not possible, it can be replaced with 10% less penalty at night. We know that's feasible, since this condition is part of Dark Stalker on live.
    I'll take anything over complete inability to regenerate damage taken from simply traversing the map.

    That's because health recovery is pretty meaningless in general. Anything less than -100% is, basically, irrelevant. Even then -100% is only annoying if you're not running a self heal of any kind.
