Greymoor Upgrade not recieved

Hi,

So while the PC patch was happening, my family bought Greymoor upgrade after finally looking at the release date and what it had to offer.

Issue is that payment was taken via paypal and unlike previous upgrades it did not appear when she next logged in. She's worried it won't show up and getting a refund to try again will take weeks to resolve.

I encouraged her to make a ticket about it and put in ID for paypal transaction. How long does it take to resolve normally? Has this happened to anyone else?
Is it likely that she will have to get a refund and pay again or that it will just be upgraded?

    Can you describe what exactly isn't showing up? Is it the pre-order items? Or is the chapter section of the crown store still letting you click 'purchase'? I'm not sure how else to tell you have the upgrade until Greymoor is actually released.
    There have been a few people on the forums mentioning a delay in recent the upgrade. Some said it resolved with relogging, another said it took quite a few days.

    The pre-order mount does not show up. The email saying 'thank you for your purchase' has not come through to her email. When you go on the crown store and click 'chapter' it asks her to buy Greymoor still. In the Billing history there is no mention of the payment.

    I bought myself a copy shortly after they made it available, I received the mount as soon as I bought it, and when I go to the crown store it says something like ' you've already purchased this'. If I log into my account on the website it comes up with
    'Greymoor™ Digital Collector’s Edition Upgrade' in the billing history.

    I can't find the other thread about the topic unfortunately... But yeah, it has happened to some others. Time seems to mostly have resolved it for them, though as I said the one guy said it took over a week. Unfortunately there's not much you can do other than waiting. Support can also help has been very slow and overloaded, so they will likely also be slow to respond.
    Just make sure not to issue a refund from your side, as ZOS will be very fast to ban you for that.
