evoprimes✭✭✭Umm, to pay for crowns and use them is your decision and that the game isn't exactly in best shape is nothing you couldn't know.
Same goes for ESO Plus, you are not forced to use that service and if you pay despite all letdowns that is your problem ZOS doesn't need to refund anything.
If you pay for something and that thing doesn't work as it should, it's almost called a SCAM.1 -

Yes the games an absolute cluster F at the moment , not denying that at all and I don’t think the game will improve because honestly , I don’t think they have a clue what they are doing right now or how to fix everything they have broken.
All the time I get some enjoyment from the game I’ll play it , that’s my decision and I am guessing you too are still playing OP because you enjoy it still , if you do dislike it that much , delete it and move on , join the rest of those that finally had enough of ZoS and it’s incompetence but you won’t get a single penny back , that’s a guarantee.

✭@evoprimes It would be a scam, if you wouldn't get what you paid for. If you buy something in Crownstore you get it, if it isn't what you wanted you have the option to refund it.
To ask for a refund because the game isn't working properly is just stupid, especially since everyone knows about it and one look into the forum would confirm it. It was your choice afterall to pay anyway and if you are dumb enough to do it, or need something that bad that you take it despite knowing how the game performs, then that is entirely your own problem.PC|EU2 -

The way I look at it: If you buy something it supposed to work as intended. If not, they need to fix or refund. It's the way that the world works. ZOS doesn't care about us and they didn't fixed Cyro for the past 5-6 years.0 -

Also anyone in its right mind would testdrive the car and if it doesn't work there, and you still buy it, well you get the picture by now. Your problem.

If you are not able to guarantee that the game will run in normal parameters and you ask people money for it, then it's called a SCAM. Again, I am asking for a refund for my UNSPENT crowns.1 -
