They still got many more performance things to finish up. Once all that is in hopefully things will be a lot better.

Now they had to delay the Aoe Update and that is something they are having problems and its stressing the servers. So stuff from Greymoor should help but I won't expect it to be a big improvement. Hopefully by the end of the year the game will at least be a lot better when it comes to performance.

I think its 30 days.
I think they are legally obligated in some countries to offer this. However once its past a certain point they don't have too.

I would like some appropriate effort to go into sorting out Cyrodiil once and for all. I'd like the issue with skills not firing, which has seeped into PVE as well as PVP, to be resolved. I'd like the EU server to be more reliable this year than it was last year. I want communication with the player base to continue to improve (some credit here, it has been better in recent months).
But I don't want a credit or a refund.1 -

I've bought those when the game was in a certain state to support the devs. After 2 years, nothing improved. I have all the rights to request a refund. I've spent 0 crowns since then.
Well you could uninstall the game but because you have had the game for 4 years they are not legally bound to offer it after that long.
That is like saying hey, I got this light bulb it quit working, and I had it for 5 years. I want a refund it quit working. What is the Cashier going to do?
Roll his eyes most likely and say sorry.
So that is how it is with the game.
You only get so long to refund stuff after that they won't give you one.

- They pay their rent/utilities
- they pay their developpers (you know? extra zones, extra dungeons, corrections..)
- they pay their marketing team (no marketing, less money, less game)
- they pay their writers (a story don't write itself)
- they pay all the needed additional jobs (repairmans, cleaning, etc..)
The list goes on and on. All of this is needed to keep the game fresh. Nothing on that list goes in the pocket of "evil ZOS"4 -

The Servers can only handle so much and they need to find ways to limit, Buff/Heal Stacking and until they do it likely won't get better.
They also should reduce the group size to be a max of twelve.
There is so many things they could do there potentially.
But its no need to call out for a Protest. Plus they don't allow such things so I would edit the title.

- Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
- Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).
