Brp dual wield is only working while on that bar (which means to get that 2 sec buff to dmg/mitigation u need to be on bar with brp weapons when quick cloak/deadly cloak ticks)
which imo is kinda against whole idea of arena weapons altering skills certain skills
And it's kinda inconsistent now, for other weapons, like vMA resto/destro after switching bar to other weapon u still get the bonus effect. So either change brp to work like rest or change rest to work like brp dual wield.
