✭This is the problem with ZoS and their balance changes, they cannot fine tune or tweak but go overboard with buffs or nerfs. This was a real good set for both PvE and PvP builds and now it'll be dropped and forgotten about. There is a difference between bringing something in line and completely trashing it.0 -

✭✭✭This is the biggest issue with ZoS' balancing approach: nerf some things, take another look later, see people using a small handful of sets and go "oh gosh those must be overperforming". It feels like everything is balanced in a vacuum based only on current data.
Also, sidenote. Did anyone notice the buff Mother Ciannait received? I didn't see Iceheart on that list though.

✭✭Good point about Mother Cinnait. ZOS have created another trash monster set, then balanced Iceheart against it, but I'm willing to bet that it didn't miraculously encourage people to run Mother Cinnait. Because when you create trash and bring a popular set down to that level, trash doesn't suddenly stop being a trash. Probably a big revelation for our combat team. ^^4 -
