I am not able to purchase any crowns, I keep on getting an error message everytime I've tried to do so for a week now. My issue has not been resolved, and I have not recieved a response on my ticket for 4 days. I have tried all of the trouble shooting suggestions to no avail, and my bank says there's no issues with the card that I've been using.
