✭✭They might be routing it to the Fallout 76 Support Team. I think Bethesda is doing more hands on with Elder Scrolls Online instead of Zenimax because of Covid 19. Or they could be pooling together their resources because of it. *Shrugs*
So the same teams that do Fallout 76 could be doing Elder Scrolls Online right now.
