Technically it's not even free, you still need to have the bethesda version of F76 to be able to get it on Steam for "free". Even though on key websites, F76 is like £7

They might be routing it to the Fallout 76 Support Team. I think Bethesda is doing more hands on with Elder Scrolls Online instead of Zenimax because of Covid 19. Or they could be pooling together their resources because of it. *Shrugs*
So the same teams that do Fallout 76 could be doing Elder Scrolls Online right now.

Given it's history, I'm not so sure I would.

I'd even be hesitant to add it to Steam though this offer for fear that doing so is going to screw up my Steam account somehow. I'm not joking.

not even free -waste of time and one shouldn't support a company who deceived and misled their customers, and to top this even more relied on bait and switch (canvas bags) with no intention to even address this without being forced to - no one should ever again support this company -not even by taking free stuff from them - this would just push their steam numbers.
