50 pages of patch notes on Monday - ZOS why put so many changes ontop of a broken system!!

Instead fix the problems everyone knows exist ie (Skills not firming/ bar swaps not swapping, <insert your favorite problem here) and just tweak the problems we all know or problems

Here is one example:
Cross Heals - (This is why your sever grinds to a halt - with everyone casting Rapid Regens and AOE Heals - How about limiting each toon to ONLY 1 Rapid and AOE heals only heal your group)

I am sure other people can list issues and give potential solutions - NOT 50 pages of changes on-top of a broken system - @ZOS_GinaBruno, @ZOS_JessicaFolsom how one earth are your developers gonig to find the bugs that already exist with this huge new dump of system changes....

No, how can you make changes when skills and basic mechanics are not even working? You cant balance thing off of a broken system, priorities are skewed. Fix the game first then make changes IF needed.

I'm just stating the obvious. First, there are 50 pages of notes, and what Wheeler posted is a far cry from 50 pages. Second, why should ZOS even care what people say about patch notes that they haven't even read?

Have you actually read the patch notes before, @nk125x?

Because all 50 pages aren’t dedicated to combat changes.

The majority of the info will be the new content, Antiquities System, and non-combat fixes.

In other words, you might want to re-read @Elsonso ‘s post.

No, how can you make changes when skills and basic mechanics are not even working? You cant balance thing off of a broken system, priorities are skewed. Fix the game first then make changes IF needed.

Consider the mild possibility that some of those changes are, indeed, attempted fixes.

They are rebalancing item sets. The game has tons of item sets. So patchnotes should be long. Also, would you really be mad if 90% of those patchnotes end up being bugfixes? Those are listed in the patchnotes too :D

Just like last patch was attempted fixes and made it worse and didn’t even have half the changes they just introduced. They shouldn’t be introducing broad changes until performance is properly addressed.

Have you played in Cytrodiil recently - Its a total cluster *** (skills not firing lag, bar swaps not swapping.....) Now they are introducing 50 pages of changes - How about 1 page of fixes to the core system

If you think 50 pages of micro changes are going to improve the performance. All it will do is hide the problems in the game.

Take for example the Undo skill - It still doesn.t work even though it was paid content.

Regarding reading patch notes - Please tell me when they have ever addressed issues you have playing games.

If you think the game is in a good place atm - I guess you just roll play in taverns as you sure as hell don't pvp or do end game pve content

The thing is that performance ain't gonna get fixed any faster doing it your way. When they get the ability desync fixed, which can be fixed as they work on other things, a lot of problems will probably clear up and combat will feel better.

After 5 years they’ve proven they cant work on other things at the same time, they just make it worse. [snip] defending this method just emboldens them to keep at this disastrous course making the game more broke with each patch.

How do you propose they do that w/out making changes? That's not rhetorical either, the only way to squash a bug is to fix what's causing it, and that will require changing something, because if nothing changes, nothing changes.
