I purchased the the greymoor digital collection plus 3 months of eso plus. when I went to pay for it on the store I got and error stating the address was wrong for my card. however I was charged for my purchase, and had it appear in my billing history and have an email confirming my purchase. However, the content has not been unlocked on my account. the order number is 9EAEWFR9JAWXDWG. I have also opened a support ticket #200416-005160. why was I given an error on my purchase but still charged.
