A Lasting Winter bug

EmmelineSoul ShrivenI encountered the same bug today, after I died once and used my gem to revive, Endare just stands there and all I can do is tell her "Goodbye". Still not fixed, sad... Brieth✭so the split up of her is intended? i ask because i'm on this quest as well with my vr3 (DC) toon. nevertheless, even if i'd manage to kill her, this quest apparently is broken like hell.
when i tried it for the first time i died, cause i was a bit surprised and didn't recognize the ability to freeze her or her copy. after being revived, there's no other option for me as telling her goodbye^^...The fact that jellyfish have survived for 650 million years despite not having brains is great news for stupid people.0 -

issy1080Soul ShrivenSupport mail saysThis particular quest bug is a known issue, and the team is currently working on a solution.
In the meantime, there are a couple of things you may try to resolve this issue:
Type /reloadui in the command line of the Chat Box
Try performing a soft reset: log out of the game and launcher completely for at least 15 minutes. This will reset your character's instance information and may cause quest NPCs to work properly.
Abandon and restart the quest, which also causes quest NPCs and objectives to restart; this generally gets positive results.

Soft reset worked for me. I won't have to abondan the quest.

adylinaSoul ShrivenJust went through this quest and am having the same issue. She killed me the first time around (i went in at lvl 19) and from there on out the quest was bugged.0

Here is a tip for the fight : When she duplicates , use the ring on the duplicate. Get her down to about 10% , then use the ring on her. Kill the duplicate , and swich to her. Since you left her on 10% she wont have time to re-duplicate.0 -
