A Lasting Winter bug

I died trying to kill General Endarre but now the only option I have to tell to her is Goodbye. I can't engage battle and this is a big problem cause i can't continue with the queen questline.
Help please

Logging out didn't solve the problem so I started the quest again, I had the same bug. I can't continue playing without this questline, any solutions?

Hopefully support will answer you soon, unless you emailed them too? Rebooting doesn't fix quest bugs, I found (well, I only found one so I'm no expert).

Having a problem with this quest as well... earlier back... the "E" interactible on the Gargoyle will not function no matter what I try.

Had this yesterday. Only thing that worked was dropping the quest and starting over all the way back at the start...like before the 3 scenes you view start etc

I have this bug as well and I'm sure as hell not restarting the quest since I died almost 20 times doing it. This should be fixed right away the Queen's quest line is a major part of the game if not the most important. And yeah relogging or reloading UI won't work, not even walking to town and back will help at all.

I'm stuck here as well.. I tried the whole quest line again but died on the boss fight, and now she won't start up again.
Hope this is fixed soon as it's an important quest line!

Re-tried 3 times now, not only is the fight not easy, I don't want the stress of having to succeed the first time.
Anyone know if we need this questline to start questing in the next zone?

I gave up on this quest as well last night. I was a bit underleveled, and kept dying. Every time I died I had to do the entire quest chain all over again. So eventually I just got fed up with it. I hope it's fixed soon.

I have the same problem!
In my case, i managed to kill her, but then she just reappeared with full health!!

She makes a clone of herself, i froze the clone over and over so i could kill the real because it looked like she was gaining health when i killed the clones.

So even if you manage to kill her, she will reappear

Argh ok I see I'm not the only one with this issue. I'll put it on the back burner till I've done everything else in the zone and then try one more time.

same issue here,still hasn't been fixed...for the money we pay in this game support should be more vigilant in my opinion

I cant even make it to the general. I cant click the west welkynd stone. I seen another newer game that had problems with its servers instances just like this. It was called Secret World. A lot of the quests items would go unclickable but at least they had in game service to help you get past them if you waited.

I managed to kill her!
I just froze her clone and killed the real one first, then the clone.

Problem Is that you need to kill both before the other has time to clone herself again.

Best tip is to go at the clone until there is little life left, then freeze her and kill the other, this way you only need a couple of blows when the first is down!

Yes still broken as I have the same bug. I died a lot of times just getting to the General Endarre encounter and almost managed to complete it. So this is *really* frustrating. It would be too tedious to repeat this quest chain from the start just to have this happen again.

I had exactly the same bug. The only way I could complete it was to level up another 5 levels or so, abandon the quest and redo it. Yep, had to watch the ghost scenes etc again.

This time I popped my ultimate immediately the fight began and managed to kill both her and the clone before another clone was spawned.

I had this problem yesterday, and eventually logged out for the night. When I logged back in this morning, it had reset to just before I entered the vault, so I had to fight my way back to the end... But at least I was able to beat Endare.

Of course, then I immediately ran into another bug... The game told me to use the mantle on a brazier, I did, a scene happens... and now it's telling me to use the mantle on the brazier again... but I can't, because it's not interactable.

The quest bugs are starting to make me hate this game.

Same here friend, I use the mantle, the flames change from blue to red, Rajhin appeared and spoke, and now there's nothing I can do because it doesn't realize I already used the brazier. DOH. After beating Endare, I reeeaalllyyy don't want to abandon and re-do the whole quest.

Quest is still bugged as I've currently got this issue! I died, revived myself to fight her again but now it seems I cannot restart the battle, they only dialogue option is to say 'goodbye'. Ergh.

I hope they can fix this bug because I really do not want to have to do the entire quest over, avoiding frost trolls and the like . I've had to abandon and restart a few previous ¬_¬.

Yeah, this ones pretty bad. not only is she un-interactable, but my character is now stuck in the instance. porting doesn't work (it certainly took my gold though), physical exit returns an error (failed leaving instance error)...

after dropping the quest I was able to log out and back in again...and finally get out. this is sad...the continual quest bugs are really tarnishing my view of the game. so much possibility, and you can't even progress decently without a half dozen bugs forcing you to drop and retake a quest.

Not to mention im down the cost of 2 ports (which failed), and the repair costs of trying to /stuck out (which dropped me back into the instance)

I restarted this quest multiple times (abandon/restart) because of the bug. Never did kill both copies of the general. Then... I am a healer and only level 20 so I may not have the power to kill her anyhow. But, I am glad I couldn't. Had I killed her and then found the mantle thing also had a bug I might have damaged my laptop. I will wait till I am 23 or 24 or higher and the bugs are fixed before I try this one again. Very Frustrating.
