Is there any reason as to why my girlfriends account was suspended and the support page of the main ESO site is not working?
she tried logging in and was prompted with a message saying account log in information incorrect and a "press F1" dialogue to be redirected to account log in on the main site but when attempting to log in she was given a message saying account has been suspended.
Wouldn't a notification of such action be sent out prior to account suspension or at least a reason as to why?
Other forum posts are saying this is a bug, is it really a bug? Is a notification going to be sent out that the issue is being worked on or at least recognized?
The account in question is Antiqua.
