Unable to learn food recipe "Fortified Mountain Lager".

I picked up the recipe, "Fortified Mountain Lager Recipe", but I cant use it.
I've checked and its not one I have already. It also dont say "Known Recipe" in upper left corner.
But nothing happens when selecting Use or hitting E on it.
When I try to submit a /bug report, I dont find the item on the list at all.
I can see the other food recipe in the list, but not this one, as if it were not in my inventory at all.
But it is, and /reloadui or relog didnt help. Still sitting in my inventory.

I just wanted to get back to you regarding the mountain lager recipe you have been having difficulty using.
Thank you for taking the time to report this, we have had quite a few reports from other players saying the same thing. At this time, we are hard at work attempting to isolate the issue , and hope to have it resolved soon.
Please continue to /bug issues such as this, so we can get them resolved quickly.
For now, you may store the item, should you chose to, or sell it for gold.

Can't be Prohibition, my characters know Rothmead and Meat Muscat, both are alcoholic (and more than a little disgusting). But it is a silly bug.this is Prohibition...
oh... same problem, BTW.
Maybe you can't learn it because some brewery (connected with mountains perhaps) is suing it as plagarism.
