Slow Client Download Speed

The ESO Client is downloading very slowly at about 200 KBS at the most. My internet connection speed is a lot faster than this. I can download games on Steam a lot quicker so whats the problem with the ESO?. I have been looking around the internet and other people have been having the same problem but I have not been able to find a fix. Can you give me any tips other than turning off firewalls?

Willis52Soul ShrivenThis is my first MMO...big fan of Skyrim...so let me get this straight...we pay $60 something dollars...plus another $14.00 upfront per month...so we can then wait 4,5,6...10 hours plus to play this game??? This thing better be worth it....because right now I feel like these guys have not delivered..0
