Bugged Moon's champion - Fang focused not updating it and support's deafening silence

Hello fellow forum users,
I very rarely write on forums, but this time I'd like you to look at these two screenshots:
They show my status for Maw of Lorkhaj: Moon's Champion achievement (aka the dro mathra destroyer title). As you can see, the only achievement that is missing is Fang Focused - except that, as seen on the other screenshot, I did in fact earn it - over a month ago. It's BUGGED for me and my Moon's Champion doesnt get updated by FF.
Now, I turn to forums, because i'm out of ideas what more can I do.
I've written a ticket - two actually, with several bumps and expanding thread, filled /bug report, used the in-game tool "ask for help" providing the ticket number, but I got no message back AT ALL. Except from an automated and rather insulting message telling me that I should maybe rerun the achievement (which i did), or that my dps was too low to count for the achievement (achievement which i got - and even with my horrible and utter trash dps, it was still higher than that of tank's or healer's who got moons champion updated correctly) and that they don't hand out achievements (I don't need anything handed out! I earned it honestly and just need it to WORK properly!). It's just waiting on agent -> read answer provided -> no answer from support, just my own topic bumps.
I have no info, like: ok, fixed (answer that i would prefer), or yeah, we know, and working on it - maybe it gets fixed after a year or two. Or even: lol, you're ***, no achievement for you - NOTHING!
So maybe here my problem finally will be noticed, because I couldn't get any help for over a month (!), with last ticket being bumped for over a week.

✭I once sent in a ticket because I didn't get my wayrest sewer 2 no death achievement. Support basically told me that I would have to run it again and that they couldn't give me the achievement. I hope you get a response about your issue specifically but that's what my experience has given me.PvP needs more love.0 -

Yes, I had the same automated answer. I did rerun the Fang Focused again, but it didn't help - it had no effect, because the achievement is already earned and moons champion is still sitting at the partial completion
My friends had problems with other bugged achievements, so I know Zos is actually able to give bugged achievements.

✭✭✭✭✭I know someone whose vMoL completion achievement bugged out the same way. They have HM, FF, and everything else needed for the DD title... except the regular vet completion achievement. And support basically told them that support does not have the ability to grant achievements.
